If you wish to cancel your order and return the items, you need to inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us using the following email address.

Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of your notifying us of your desire to cancel. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued within 14 days. Standard delivery charges will be refunded in addition; express delivery charges will not be refunded.

We ensure that your order is robustly packaged but if your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please send an email to returns@ojmpaper.co.uk and we will work with you to enact a satisfactory resolution. Photographs of the damaged goods and packaging would be gratefully received.
